Why We Built This Site
Alabama permits access to many public records, yet Randolph County warrants do not sit in one database. The issuing judge controls the case and any recall. The Randolph County Sheriff's Office serves county process, while the Circuit Clerk keeps Circuit and District Court files. Roanoke, Wedowee, and Wadley municipal matters remain with their city courts. Because an unserved arrest warrant is not public under the local court's stated rule, a blank case search may be incomplete. We bring the separate official routes together and explain what each can and cannot confirm.
What You Will Find Here
- Warrant checks: how to use the sheriff, clerk, and courts to check a known matter
- Active warrants: why a published list is not available and what official routes replace it
- Missed court dates: how bench warrants arise and which Randolph County court holds them
- Arrest warrants: how probable-cause warrants are issued and served in Randolph County
- Resolving a warrant: the steps to resolve a warrant, from talking to an attorney to posting bond and a motion to recall or quash
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site with no connection to an Alabama court, sheriff's office, or state agency. Its limits are important:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or warrant listing on this site is current right now
Only the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff's warrant unit that holds it can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from them.
Search Partners
Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep this site free for visitors. We do not control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results, and their data is not an official warrant check.
